Gongura dal

Ingredients:
Tur dal 200gms
Tamarind lemon size soaked in water
Salt accordingly
Chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped coriander two table spoon
Curry leaves few
Oil 3 tablespoon
Rai 1 teaspoon
Zeera 1 teaspoon
Garlic pods 2
Onions 2 small
Tomatoes 2 big
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon

Method
Cook the dal in pressure cooker, mash it and keep aside.
Take a kadai and add rai , Zeera, crushed garlic pods, curry leaves,  onions and fry till onions are little cooked.
Then add little ginger garlic paste and fry for a min.
Add tomatoes and cook till they are mushy. .
Now add the chopped Gongura leavesand fry till oil oozes.
Add the mashed dal, Turmeric, salt , chilly prefer and Tamarind juice and cook well.
Finally add coriander leaves and cook for 2 min.
Tasty Gongura dak is ready.
It taste too good with hot Rice and ghee. If can also be taken with roti
